Datrex Food and Water

Founded in 1970, Datrex fast became the main supplier of marine safety equipment in Miami, Florida. and the surrounding region. Datrex has since expanded its services to, Kinder, Louisiana; Jacksonville, Florida; Seattle, Washington and Southampton, UK. Today, all manufacturing takes place at the Datrex headquarters in Kinder, the heart of Louisiana. Other branches serve as distribution centers.

Datrex specializes in emergency food and water. Their rations and water packets are packaged/produced with natural ingredients only and under the strict rules of American Authorities and the US Coast Guard.

Datrex Emergency Food Rations and Drinking Water have a 5 year shelf life and are approved globally for use in liferafts, lifeboats and in any other emergency situations such as earthquakes, flooding, and hurricanes where food and water supply can be at stake.

The high energy ration is tabletized /subpackaged and ready to eat. It is compact and not thirst provoking. Only natural ingredients are used, (no preservatives or nuts), Wheat flour, Vegetable shortening (soybean oil), Granulated sugar (cane sugar), salt, water and coconut flavoring.
